„Georgian Water and Power“ company apologizes to the customers for the functional failure in the payment system.
For a couple of days the customers from Tbilisi have been faced with problem when trying to pay through the Bank of Georgia terminal and Eexpresspay. However it is possible to pay with the use of other than BoG bank terminals and pay boxes.
Those customers from Tbilisi who have only current debt and whose deadline falls on July 24, will not be discontinued electricity supply for the nonpayment before Monday, July 27.
„Georgian Water and Power“ company will promptly inform customers about the functional failure removal as by individual SMSs, as through media and Facebook page of Georgian Water and Power - GWP LTD, Official and www.gwp.ge website.
„Georgian Water and Power“ company makes a request to the customers to pay current water bills in a timely manner after the functional failure is removed.
