06/03/2015 „Georgian Water & Power“ suggest that residents of Tbilisi should use free service of the Company
New service is provided by “Georgian Water & Power“ which envisages customers’ individual informing in Tbilisi. Any customer can receive in advance information about discontinuation and resumption of water supply in the form of SMS. The Company recommends the customers to use this free and convenient service and be registered on the website of “Georgian Water & Power“ to receive SMS.
Presently more than 120 000 customers of the Company can receive via their cell phones the SMS about discontinuation and resumption of water supply. To start receiving SMS the residents of Tbilisi have to visit GWP website and follow the below link for registration:

As to the customers with no access to internet they will be able to obtain registration at the regional service centers of the company.
One more novelty has been introduced at “Georgian Water & Power.“ Online chat is available on the company’s website for direct communication with the customers. Online chat operators provide service to the customers from Tbilisi in an interactive mode like the Hot Line operators do.
