Rustavi Water has finished refurbishing a new service center. Company hopes that renewed service center, will offer its customer more comfortable environment.
Opening ceremony was attended by the deputy CEO of Rustavi Water - Helmut Weidel and Rustavi City Mayor - Zakaria Darchiashvili.
The new, more comprehensive and convenient service center, will host more customers on daily basis and will provide more effective and efficient service to City residents, organizations and commercial properties. Service center operators will provide all the necessary information to customers regarding preventive, planned and carried out rehabilitation works and provide technical services regarding new customers connection and accounting. Service center will work flexibly on individual debts restructuring program as well.
